
Inportant information you need to know when it comes to replacement phones and waiting periods.
Replacement phones:
- As stated in the Ensquared Product Terms and Conditions the replacement phone can be either new or refurbished.
- The phone listed on your Ensquared Phone Insurance ^ Invoice and contract is what the you will receive as a replacement.
Replacement phone not available or Phone discontinued:
- You will be contacted with compatible phones.
- You will be called and given other color options.
Replacement phone not working:
- There is a 30 day warranty on a replacement phone.
- If the phone is within the warranty time frame:
- UPS label to cover the cost of shipping for the phone to be returned to Ensquared Claims Centre.
- The phone needs to be returned and a replacement will be sent-unless the damage is caused by the you.
- If there is damage due to your abuse, this will not be covered under the 30 day warranty.
iPhone Replacements for AT&T network users.
Please note that there is now special procedures customers need follow in order to validate their identity with AT&T so a new replacement phone can be issued. Please read carefully.

You will need to file a new claim (if available on your contract) if you phone device has a:
- Smashed screen.
- or Water Damage.
