Replacement and wait period

Inportant information you need to know when it comes to replacement phones and waiting periods.

Replacement phones:

  1. As stated in the Ensquared Product Terms and Conditions the replacement phone can be either new or refurbished.
  2. The phone listed on your Ensquared Phone Insurance ^ Invoice and contract is what the you will receive as a replacement.

Replacement phone not available or Phone discontinued:

  1. You will be contacted with compatible phones.
  2. You will be called and given other color options.

Replacement phone not working:

  1. There is a 30 day warranty on a replacement phone.
  2. If the phone is within the warranty time frame:
    • UPS label to cover the cost of shipping for the phone to be returned to Ensquared Claims Centre.
    • The phone needs to be returned and a replacement will be sent-unless the damage is caused by the you.
    • If there is damage due to your abuse, this will not be covered under the 30 day warranty.

iPhone Replacements for AT&T network users.

Please note that there is now special procedures customers need follow in order to validate their identity with AT&T so a new replacement phone can be issued. Please read carefully.

Please Note:

 You will need to file a new claim (if available on your contract) if you phone device has a:

  • Smashed screen.
  • or Water Damage.
