Verizon Wireless employs close to 70 000 people and has revenues of close to $40 Billion a year. They are based in New Jersey and we like to call them – the beast from the east.

Straight up we need to make mention of their customer service satisfaction code – which is that if a customer uses their service for 30 days and then decides the service has been less then excellent – that customer will get his/her   calls for those 30 days paid for by Verizon – WOW. This is a huge offer by Verizon and we commend them for it. It's no surprise that because of this Verizon has one of the lowest customer churn rates.

Verizon wireless operates on a CDMA network. Its data services include: Broadband access Cast Music for downloading music, listening too and watching music videos, Mobile TV, Premium SMS content.
