1.1 What am I covered for when I take out Ensquared Phone Insurance?
Accidental Damage (Includeds Water Damage, Spills & Drops) + plus Lost & Stolen.
1.2 What does it cost to insure my phone?
Options are: One Year Coverage: $58.99 up-front premium; Two Year Coverage: $99.99 up-front premium; Monthly Coverage: $8.75 per month.
1.3 How many times can I claim on my Policy for the premium I pay?
One Year Program: Maximum 2x; Two Year Program: Maximum 3x.
1.4 What is the maximum $ value per claim?
$1000 per claim.
1.5 Do I have to pay anything towards each claim?
Yes: Claims $149 or less: $35; Claims $149 - $299: $50 Claims $300 +: $75; Second and third claims: An extra $25 per claim. Smartphones/PDA units automatically fall into the $75 deductible category.
1.6 What is my contribution called?
A deductible.
1.7 Can I insure any phone device?
You can insurance all phone less than 90 days old except Apple iPhone devices and Nexus One handsets.

1.8 What is oldest my device can be to qualify for insurance with Ensquared?
90 days old or less are eligible for coverage.
1.9 Are there exclusions I should be aware of ?
Many of the exclusions relate to damage or loss through extreme circumstances like war or natural disasters. On the other hand, there are some that are more specific and may not seem obvious to you. Exclusions can be found at the Ensquared Terms and Conditions section.
1.10 Once I pay for my insurance is there any way I can cancel and get my money back?
Every Ensquared customer has 15 days from application to cancel the policy with no charge, no obligation and no questions asked. After the 15th day there are no refunds. Customers who purchase Ensquared Monthly Phone Insurance products may cancel 7 days before the start of the next monthly billing cycle. Cancellation can be requested by logging into the user section or by calling Ensquared Dealer Support via the Ensquared toll free number 1-888-406-7925 (option 4) to request cancellation via phone.
1.11 Am I covered for manufacturer’s defects after the device is out of manufacturer’s warranty?
No
1.12 If I buy a new phone can I use my existing policy to continue covering the changed device?
Yes. For this procedure you will need to call Ensquared Dealer Support on 1-888-406-7925 and choose option 4.
1.13 How do I apply for cover on my phone?
Shop Online by going to www.ensquared.com/catalog or through one of our many referring dealers.
1.14 Is there a price benefit to go through a dealer versus direct application?
No, dealers however provide new cells and communication services at same time as you take out our insurance

1.19 How do I make a claim on my Ensquared Phone Insurance?
Just phone 1-888-406-7925 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
1.20 When I make a claim what do I need available?
Three things: Your credit card in all events (damaged, lost or stolen); if lost or stolen then police report or details of where and to whom you reported the loss/theft with particulars like police station, station phone number, officer name and number etc; proof of purchase like bill of sale in case the claims centre requires information from this document.
1.21 Why is a credit card required when I make a claim ?
Firstly, so that you can pay for your deductible on the claim; secondly, in case of damaged phones only, we put a hold on your card for wholesale price of a replacement handset at your election until a damaged phone is delivered to us so that we can send you a replacement before arrival thereof (before your damaged phone arrives at our drop centre). 1.22 What happens if I elect not to have a hold on my credit card when making a claim?
We will not send you a replacement until the damaged phone is received and inspected at our drop centre.
1.23 How quickly can I expect a replacement phone if I comply with all requirements?
In three business days.
1.24 Do I get a new phone or a remanufactured phone when making a claim?
In most cases a new phone but it is our prerogative to replace your device with a refurbished phone.

1.25 What warranty do I get on the replacement phone?
Manufacturer’s warranty on a new phone; 30 days on a remanufactured phone; existing coverage continues on replacement phone if claim limit has not been reached yet.
1.26 Does policy on replacement start anew or elapsed time on original policy is applied?
Elapsed time on original policy is applied to replacement device. In other words, on a one year policy if 4 months had elapsed and this is your first claim there is still 8 months or one more claim to go, whichever comes first.

1.27 So is it true that the full term of the policy may elapse before the term has run its course?
Yes. If in the one year policy you make two claims; in the three year policy if you make three claims – before the term has elapsed.
1.28 Who pays to get damaged device to you and replacement phone back to me?
You pay costs to get damaged phone to our drop centre; we pay to get replacement phone to you.

1.29 What if it is found that my phone was more than 90 days old when I took out my policy?
Your claim will be refused and there will be no refund of premium. If there is no claim and this comes to light your policy will be voided with no refund.

1.30 How can you be sure I have had opportunity to read all the terms and conditions?
When your application is accepted a copy of your policy is e mailed to you with all terms and conditions. It informs you that there is a 15 day cancellation period with no charge, no obligation, after which it is taken that you are satisfied with the terms and conditions as laid out.
